Launched at INBOUND 24, Breeze Intelligence promises to be a game-changer by leveraging advanced AI Agents to automate and optimize various tasks, freeing up valuable time and resources.
 

What is Breeze Intelligence and what can it do for you?

Meet Breeze, HubSpot's platform-wide collection of AI Agents which was launched at INBOUND 24 (check out a full run down from every day of the conference here).

For those new to this terminology, think of an AI Agent as an evolutionary step up from AI Assistants. They can follow multiple steps from a single prompt, have contextual memory and can initiate themselves via automation.

Instead of having to prompt to reach step 1 and anaylse the output before prompting again to initiate step 2, an AI Assistant can prompt itself through the steps on your behalf based on the master prompt in the beginning.

I'm simplifying this but it's how our CTO broke it down for us.

Breeze can perform multi-step tasks with contextual memory and remove the mundane activities from your day. In short: it is an absolute game changer. So who are the AI Agents that make Breeze so very useful and unique?

  • The Breeze Social Media Agent analyzes your performance, company details, audience, industry, and market trends to develop breakthrough social content.
  • The Breeze Prospecting Agent researches and executes personalized outreach strategies for prospects in your CRM, to help you build more qualified pipeline.
  • The Breeze Customer Agent uses info from your knowledge base, website, and blog to quickly respond to customers 24/7/365. This might sound like an AI Chatbot but it's a massively more intelligent version.

Since the release of Breeze, we have received many questions from customers and employees regarding the abilities of the powerful AI tool, GDPR compliance, and other concerns. So here is a collection of Q&A to answer your most burning questions.

What makes Breeze Intelligence unique compared to other providers?

According to the Breeze Intelligence FAQs for Partners provided by HubSpot, the company prioritizes data accuracy over quantity, and only publishes data that has gone through quality assurance processes.

For that reason, Breeze Intelligence has made significant advancements in using LLMs to increase global coverage and uncover more companies than ever before.

Will free customers be able to use Breeze Intelligence?

Unfortunately, Breeze Intelligence is a paid add-on to existing hubs.

This means that customers need to have a paid subscription (Starter+) to a base hub in order to purchase Breeze Intelligence Credits. But not all is lost, free users can opt into data sharing to receive limited access to the buyer intent feature and they can view the Intelligence Tab on the company and contact records.

How many website visitors can I see in Breeze Intelligence?

There is no limit for the number of visitors that paid Breeze Intelligence customers can see. Free HubSpot users or paid HubSpot customers of any hub without Breeze Intelligence will only see the top 20 visitors per view based on the number of visits.

Is Breeze GDPR compliant?

If you have to comply with data protection laws like GDPR and CCPA, there is good news. While compliance determinations and configurations are up the individual customer, HubSpot has implemented processes to maintain transparency around their processing of personal data and provide individuals with easy mechanisms to exercise their data protection rights.

Does Breeze Intelligence have data about all of my companies and contacts? What happens if there isn’t data on a company or contact I’m trying to enrich?

According to HubSpot's Breeze Intelligence FAQs for Partners, the Breeze Intelligence B2B dataset has over 200 million buyer and company profiles with continuously refreshed data. You will only be able to enrich attributes of company and contact records that are available for those company or buyer profiles within the dataset.

HubSpot believes it’s better to provide no data than data that is wrong or unverified. Please also note that the contact dataset only includes B2B emails and you won't be able to find any personal emails.

How fast does enrichment occur and what is required to enrich a contact?

Breeze Intelligence is not just smart, it's also fast. It generally only takes a few seconds for the enrichment to happen. However, it may take a little longer for larger list enrichments to complete.

As for the requirements, if a contact record has a business email address and HubSpot has data for that address stored in Breeze Intelligence, then it will be enriched.

You might ask, why enrich the data? It's done to enhance your data and better understand your customers. When a record is enriched, the record's properties will be populated with new information available in the enrichment dataset. Breeze Intelligence uses a credit-based system. As mentioned previously, Breeze Intelligence is an add-on to existing hubs, meaning that you will need to have a paid subscription in order to purchase Breeze Intelligence Credits.

Credits can be purchased in packs of 100, 1000, or 10000 increments. Your credit usage will reset monthly on your monthly subscription date and, important to know, unused credits will not roll over to the following month.
