How fast can we be up and running?

Onboarding can take 30-45 days per hub, depending on the complexity.  As our team works to map out the key requirements, we will be looking to implement quick wins to support our clients to start working in the portal asap

How long will it take?

Average implementation takes 30-45 days per hub.  If a client is taking multiple Hubs we can look to implement in parallel, if required.

What's our process?

We implement HubSpot through a six gate process. This ensures that the process runs smoothly and is on track, and it provides full visibility to our clients on the project deliverables. All clients get full visibility of what the team is working on and sign off gates before we progress. 

How much will it cost?

On average, the cost per hub is £6,000 - £8,000 depending on the level of complexity

What do you need from our team?

We will need a dedicated point of contact to provide sign off on tasks.  Ideally, before the kick-off, we would need you to share material on the companies so we can start to learn more about the client before we officially kick-start the project.

What experience do we have?

We have implemented HubSpot over 1800 times, so we have a wealth of experience.  Our clients are spread across both B2B and B2C and across a variety of industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, Education, professional services and many more.

Who will be working on our account?

You will have a dedicated POC for the project who will coordinate all the internal specialists. On average an implementation project has around 12-18 people working on the account. 

What support do you provide after the implementation?

We can provide ad hoc support as you need, or some clients work with us on an ongoing basis for 6 - 12 months,+ whereby our team works each month to continuously improve the platform proactively. 

Do you provide training?

Yes, training is part of our company ethos as we want to ensure that all our clients are as self-sufficient as can be in HubSpot.  

As part of the onboarding process we include standard training and super user training.  Extra training support can also be provided as a standalone service.

What happens if the scope changes mid way in the project?

Scope creep can happen.  If this occurs our team will complete a change request form for you to sign off.  Once signed the changes will be reflected in the project plan.

We are on HubSpot and need support getting more out of it - how can you help?

Our team would look to carry out an initial audit to establish the current setup up and then we can best advise on how we can support.  The team will provide a list of recommendations/ improvements that we will then score in level of importance and impactfulness.  Each month our team will then look to implement changes to the portal to support the client.

Can you help with purchasing HubSpot?

 Yes, we can and our team will advise on the HubSpot package that you need.  We can then work with HubSpot’s team to support you with the platform purchase. Contractually, you will be aligned directly with HubSpot for the platform, and all commercials will need to be agreed upon with HubSpot
