An automatically updating listing of apartments, an ad catalog, was created for Avara's advertising. This saves time, as ads no longer need to be updated manually. The time saved allows for other improvements in advertising, such as enhancing ad content and optimization.
To further enhance advertising efficiency, a list of available and soon-to-be-available apartments is also being developed, and algorithms ensure ads are automatically targeted to the most suitable audiences. Apartments that have already been rented are automatically removed from the catalog, as there’s no point in advertising something that is no longer available
Dynamic product advertising significantly enhanced the effectiveness of Avara's Meta ads. Compared to the previous year, ad clicks increased by 148%, and the cost per click decreased by 61%. This allowed Avara to achieve better results with a 40% smaller advertising budget.
