Video marketing is, without a doubt, one of the most powerful marketing strategy tools to take into...
HubSpot is able to integrate with over 300 different platforms. All of these integrations can be really beneficial to your business. However, I thought it would be worth outlining four of the best which can help you generate leads and close more deals.
First, let’s start with a personal favourite of mine - Seventh Sense.
Seventh Sense
Email marketing is a great way to build your brand's credibility, which in turn should result in an increase in sales-ready leads and therefore more deals being closed.
One of the best email marketing platforms out there at the moment is undoubtedly Seventh Sense. These guys have taken the email marketing game up another level.
Their precision email system analyses the existing data of your contacts in order to send them emails at the optimal time, depending on when they are most likely to engage with your communications.
As well as improving the chances of opening your emails, the data which Seventh Sense collects is also great at giving your sales team better insight into your prospect’s buying behaviour.
The HubSpot and Seventh Sense integration is seamless and really beneficial. We’d definitely recommend looking into the platform if you’re looking for innovative ways to improve your email marketing strategy.
We recently started using it ourselves - and it’s safe to say, we are 100% Seventh Sense lovers here at Digital 22.

Databox
Insight is the key to closing more deals. Databox are the best at providing insight. This tool is awesome because it has the ability to pull from a variety of sources and collate them into one document.
This allows you to visualise performance trends, monitor progress towards your goals and most importantly of all, make more informed decisions.
For example, Databox might tell you that your ‘Customer Helped by Team Member’ KPI is down by 5% last month. If this is the case, you know that a meeting needs to be held with the team in order to try and improve this metric.
Databox is able to pull information from a range of different sources. Some of these include: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Seventh Sense.
We’ve been using the tool for a while here at Digital 22 and it’s helped in so many different ways. Thank you Databox, you are amazing.
Aircall
Aircall allows companies to be closer to their customers, regardless of how far away they actually are. This virtual business phone system seamlessly integrates with HubSpot and is guaranteed to improve your team's efficiency.
Aircall can be set up on any device. This means that your team members can track and answers calls from any particular location. You can also leave notes in HubSpot directly from the Aircall app.
All sales calls are tracked and reports are made directly from these calls. This gives you amazing insight into your sales pipeline. Another awesome benefit is that the tool has advanced phone support features, including shared call inboxes and call cascading.
Aircall is also guaranteed to improve collaboration and productivity, while enhancing the customer experience which you offer at the same time. It’s another platform which we’ve integrated with our HubSpot and it’s become a huge asset to our business.
Vidyard
Last and by no means least is the video platform, Vidyard. This tool is awesome at helping businesses transform communications and increase revenue through the strategic use of online video.
As you’ll know, video has grown to become a beast within the world of marketing in recent years. Statistics show that 51% of marketing professionals worldwide name videos as the type of content with the best ROI.
It’s also one of the easiest ways to connect with your leads and interact with them on a meaningful level. People are always talking about the importance of personalisation in marketing. Video allows you to be as personable as you want.
The tool is also great because it provides you with free transcripts, the option to create captions in other languages and the ability to A/B test your videos. And guess what? It’s integration with HubSpot is blissful. Hallelujah.
Each of these integrations are well worth considering if you’re looking for fresh and innovative ways to improve your lead generation and deal closing.
All four offer benefits which will allow you to build a killer HubSpot account and ultimately raise your game to go above and beyond the competition. But before you can do that, you need to be clued up on the ins and outs of how the platform works.
